Designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, our home features an open-concept layout with a spacious great room, comfortable leather seating, a 70-inch Smart TV, and high speed internet.

The fully equipped kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, a large island, a coffee bar with an espresso maker, Cuisinart air fryer toaster oven, and Kitchen aid mixer making it easy to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats eight guests.

The thoughtfully designed split-bedroom floor plan provides privacy for everyone. The primary suite features a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and a spacious suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, while the third bedroom includes two twin beds, a dresser, and a Smart TV. A second full bathroom is conveniently located near the guest rooms.

Your Private Backyard Oasis

Step outside and discover your own private backyard oasis. The screened, heated 30-foot pool is available year-round and features a waterfall and a jet bench at the deep end, creating the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Enjoy outdoor dining with seating for six on the patio, plus an additional intimate table for two under the evening lights. The pool area also features a 65-inch Smart TV, allowing you to catch the game or enjoy a movie while lounging poolside.

Gather family and friends for a game of cornhole or ladder ball in the backyard, fire up the gas grill for an outdoor meal, or simply unwind with a glass of wine while enjoying the soothing sound of the illuminated waterfall. Bamboo landscaping provides additional privacy, creating a peaceful retreat.

The location is hard to beat. Two excellent golf courses and tennis facilities are within a five-minute drive, while the Port St. Lucie Botanical Gardens and Riverwalk are just a short walk away. Enjoy local events, live music, and festivals throughout the year at Riverwalk and the MIDFLORIDA Event Center. Beautiful Treasure Coast beaches and Clover Park, the spring training home of the New York Mets, are both approximately 20 minutes away.

Additional Information

To help ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, guests will be asked to complete a rental agreement and provide a government-issued photo ID before check-in, consistent with Airbnb's policy for software-connected hosts. A refundable security hold will be placed on the payment card prior to arrival.

For security purposes, exterior cameras monitor the Ring doorbell, driveway, and pool equipment area only. There are no cameras inside the home or monitoring guest living spaces.

A Legal agreement will be required with a copy of a photo ID such as a driving license. A security hold will be placed against your credit card. Credit Card information is held by our credit card processor only. We are integrated hosts with major booking platforms and our own platform that generates this information. all information is held securely by our industry recognized partner

Please note: Winter rentals are available by calendar month only.

Guest limit over night is 6, during the day with an additional 6 during the day. No parties, gatherings or events.

Other things to note

Pool heat is automatic and is heated year round if necessary. There are no controls for the guests to change except for turning on the waterfall, lights and spa shelf jets if they wish. Minimum age to rent: 25

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
