Snowbird and monthly winter rentals

Escaping the cold for the winter? Many of our Port St Lucie homes are available for monthly stays from January to March, with discounted rates for stays of 28 nights or more. You get a whole furnished home with a private pool (heated at almost all of our homes), a full kitchen and laundry, which is far more comfortable than a hotel or condo for a long stay. Pet-friendly vacation homes

Your dog is part of the family, so bring them along. Most of our homes welcome pets, check the individual listings, and many have fenced gardens so dogs can play while you relax by the pool.

Are the pools heated?

Almost all of our homes have private heated pools, so you can swim comfortably all year round, including the winter months. The Quiet Hot Tub and Pool Home has a hot tub alongside its pool, but the pool itself is not heated. Each listing shows the details.

Do you allow pets?

Yes, most of our homes welcome pets. Pet policies vary by home, so check the individual listing before you book.

What is the minimum stay?

Most of the year our minimum stay is two or three nights. From January to March most homes are let as monthly snowbird rentals with a longer minimum stay. The availability calendar shows the rules for your dates.
