Why Providence
Staying inside a community like Providence gives you something the resort hotels near the parks can’t: quiet. After a long day of lines and heat, coming back to a private pool in a residential neighborhood — rather than a hotel corridor — makes a real difference, especially with young kids who need an actual nap.
It also means that if not everyone in your group wants a full park day, there’s a genuine alternative close by: an 18-hole course designed by Michael Dasher, right on site, with lessons on offer if someone in the family has never picked up a club.
