The homes on this site are looked after by St Lucie Property Management, our own local management company. We set it up because we own vacation homes here too, and we know how hard it is to look after a Florida property from a distance. Since 2015 we have managed homes across the Treasure Coast and beyond for owners who want the same care we give our own.
What this means for our guests
When you book one of our homes, you are dealing with the people who actually run it, not a call centre. The same local team handles the cleaning, the pool, the lawn and any repairs, so problems get fixed quickly and the home is ready when you arrive. If you need anything during your stay, someone nearby can help.
Services for property owners
If you own a vacation or investment home on the Treasure Coast, we can look after it for you. We bring everything under one roof, so you have one reliable team instead of a list of separate contractors:
- Guest check-in and check-out, including meeting guests at the property when needed
- Keyholder service and access management
- Supplies Management ensuring your property is equipped and ready for the next guest
- Supplier management: pool service, lawn care, cleaners and handymen, arranged and checked for you
- Vacant home checks: optional security, pool, A/C, plumbing, post and trash, with photos sent to you
- Storm preparation and checks after severe weather
We use menu pricing rather than fixed packages, so you only pay for the services your property needs.
Areas we cover
Our base is the Treasure Coast, where we cover St Lucie and Martin Counties, including Port St Lucie, White City, Hutchinson Island, Jensen Beach, Palm City, Stuart and the areas in between. We also manage homes further afield, south as far as Boca Raton and north up to the Orlando area, with a particular focus on Davenport and the vacation communities around Disney.
We are your one stop shop or part of a solution. The home is yours, the choice is yours!
