Property Details
The Bordeaux House is a beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom pool home in the sought-after Sandpiper Bay area of Port St. Lucie — well rated over many years of hosting.
The standout feature is the private heated pool with its own built-in hot tub, set within a fully screened patio. Four sets of patio doors — from the living room, breakfast area, master bedroom, and second bedroom — flood the space with natural light and make the pool the natural centrepiece of every day.
Inside, the layout is generous and well thought out. Two living rooms give the whole family space to spread out, complemented by a formal dining room, a breakfast dinette, and a central kitchen. The master suite features a corner bath, double vanity, and a gorgeous walk-in shower. The split floor plan gives the remaining bedrooms and their shared cabana bath real privacy from the master.
Sandpiper Bay is one of Port St. Lucie's most established neighbourhoods — quiet, well-lit, and walkable. US1 is just 3 minutes away for restaurants, shops, and daily essentials. Jensen Beach Park is a 15-minute drive. The Saints Golf Course, Club Med for watersports, and St. Lucie Botanical Gardens are all nearby. Clover Park (spring training home of the Mets) is just 20 minutes away.
A child safety barrier is fitted to the pool and removable on request.
