Lullaby Terrace was one of our very first homes, and it’s still the one many of our repeat guests ask for by name. Tucked into a quiet cul-de-sac in Sandpiper Bay on the west side of Port St. Lucie, it’s the kind of street where the loudest sound most evenings is a sprinkler system and the occasional heron in a neighbor’s yard.
What guests notice first
The heated pool is the heart of the property — screened in, private, and warm enough to use even on a cool January evening. The fenced garden beyond it is a rarity for a Florida rental; it gives families with young kids or dog owners real peace of mind to let everyone run around without a second thought.

The neighborhood
Sandpiper Bay sits on the quieter west side of the city, which means a short drive gets you to The Saints Golf Club for an easy morning round, or onto Port St. Lucie Boulevard for the drive east toward the beaches and the Botanical Gardens. It’s also one of our most popular homes for snowbirds — several guests have booked the same weeks for three winters running.
