Although the home is set in a quiet area, its just minutes from all the shopping and restaurants you need, and less than 15 mins to the popular Traditions shopping center! St Lucie West - Seriously, this location is oh so convenient!

The newly updated kitchen offers new appliances, sink, and countertops. It is stocked with any cooking utensil and dish you might need, PLUS it features a true pass-through window to the pool area and pool bar for the ultimate entertaining experience!

The heated pool is obviously the highlight of this home! There are two sets of double doors that can be opened completely creating an indoor/outdoor living space.. There is a bar on the other side of the kitchen pass-through window, a large grill area with gas and charcoal grills, plenty of lounging furniture, as well as a hammock swinging in the fruit trees. If there's a chill outside, know that the pool will still be heated to a comfortable temp of 86 so you can enjoy it any time of year! A screen enclosure surrounds the pool and back porch to ensure pesky bugs won't be messing with your relaxation time!

Please note that for the winter months of January, February and March we only accept full calendar month bookings. You are of course welcome to book more than one month - well, why not.

You will have full and private access to the entire property including the garage.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
